How Do We Help You?
There are literally thousands of variables that can affect the outcome of your mortgage transaction.
That’s why you receive your own personal mortgage team to act as a liaison between the title and escrow company, real estate agent, appraiser, credit agency, attorneys, and other services which may affect your transaction.
The application should take 15-20 minutes to complete. If you need more time or discover you don’t have all of the necessary information, you may save the application and come back to it at any time.
Once you have completed and submitted your online application, a Loan Officer will be in touch with you to guide you through the loan process and answer any questions you may have.
To make the application process easier, it will be helpful to have the following information available:
- Social Security Numbers for all borrowers
- Contact and employment information for all borrowers
- Best estimates of income, assets, and liabilities
